    • Business development acumen to again new clients for offshore software development, persistent in follow-ups and closures.

    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations with prospective clients and high level executives.

    • Sufficient technical knowledge, able to work closely with the IT team/ coordinate proof of concepts for prospects as needed.

    • Proposals/ Response to RFP”s/RFI”s and Pricing negotiations. Opportunities tracking, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions leading to better business results.

    • Manage relationships with business partners and Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.

    • Should be capable of generating fresh leads by own/network. Identifying future growth potential and developing strategies to achieve this.

    • Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly sales targets.

    • Must have experience working in international market – (USA Region).

  • Skills RequiredOpen or Close

    5-9 years’ experience in selling offshore software development services (USA market).

    Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

    A demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and find solutions.

  • ExperienceOpen or Close

    6 to 12 years in IT Software sales

    Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream)
